combofix corruption (?)

I'm in mid malware removal on a PC and went to run ComboFox and was told the files were corrupt. See screenshot below. I thought that maybe my USB flash drive was faulty or something and corrupting the file as I copied it to the desktop, so I downloaded ComboFix to the desktop on a totally healthy PC and tried to run it there just to see what would happen. See the screenshot below....the same thing happens on every PC I've tried to run it on....

(since I'm not having a malware problem -this is more of software problem- I figured this was the forum)

You won't find much, if any assistance with the use of ComboFix in an open forum. It's workings are considered confidential at sUBs request.

 

So, here's the deal. I downloaded it again this morning, and compared it to the file I downloaded yesterday; today's ComboFix has a size of approx 2.7mb, and yesterday's download was only about 1.4mb. So, apparently something went very wrong. The weird thing is, is that I downloaded it 3 separate times yesterday, on to 3 separate PCs and had the exact same result: all yesterday's ComboFix downloads errored out with the corruption message, and all were 1.4mb..... strange.... but all is well today!

As an afterthought, I figured I'd actually look at and compare the ComboFix file properties side-by-side just to be sure that I wasn't completely bonkos.... screenshot attached....
