Combofix is being blocked by existing real time scanners

Hi,

I am trying to run Combofix on a friend’s machine. Combofix tells me at the beginning that there are two real time scanners running on the machine.

1. Avast real time scanner
2. Spydoctor scanner (or something like that)

I don’t know how to disable these scanners. I have already installed Avast from the laptop. I am not sure if these scanners are letting Combofix do its work.

What should I do?

That article applies if you have those programs on your machine.
As I said, I have already uninstalled Avast and I don't see spyware doctor on the machine and that is what is puzzling me. I don't have anything to disable or stop.

I did that. However, when I ran Combofix one more time, it still shows me that those two scanners are running. How can I get rid of those scanners?
