Comcast setup issue

    Whenever I hook up to my friend's wireless all websites redirect to actsvr.comcastonline.com/nocache/realactsvr.html
    It does not do this at my house or on anyone else's wireless.

    His laptops do not do this... they have perfect internet access.

    How can I bypass this redirect?
    I am running a Sony VAIO with Win XP Pro
