Comodo firewall disconnect

Hello, all. I'm in need of your wisdom once again.

My dad has been using Comodo Firewall for his desktop for some weeks now. Almost every day a popup warning appears for application/parent svchost.exe and services.exe. As soon as it pops up I lose internet connection and have to restart the computer. Is this related to Comodo and, if so, how do i fix it?

Those are the services you require to connect so you have to check the "Remember Box" as well as the "Allow Box" and the pop-up will not apppear again. It is part of Comodo's "Learning" your system. Hope that Helps

 

SVCHOST.EXE is safe to allow. it is the Generic Host Process that allows the .dll files to be loaded into memory and executed as a program. but make sure it's not SVHOSTE.EXE because this is the WORM_SDBOT.QF
