Comodo Global Rules Missing

HI. I have Comodo Firewall Pro v. 3.0.25.378. I just noticed that under Network Security Policy the Global Rules are missing. I had the default values. (I think the firewall came with default values - had it a long time - I may not be recalling this correctly)
I googled for an our last night and could not find the default values listed anywhere. Can anyone here help me out? Or am I misremembering this and the firewall did not come with default values.

Incidentally, I got suspicious when I noticed that for the last 10 days nothing had been blocked. Now I would not expect to see a lot of blocks but I would expect to see some. Mainly I check the logs and then clear them. that is how I noticed this.
