I had installed this program from this very site. I forgot the date it was
installed. When I wanted to uninstall it I used the revo uninstaller. However it
has not completely removed. Anybody has ideas about how to remove it
completely.Since it boasts access to hard disc even before windows starts, even after uninstall,it starts! I shall really appreciate info on its complete
    removal

Isn't there a hot key you have to use to get into it before Windows starts? That's how these things usually work, and Uninstall should be available there.

Down load the PDF from the first link which is a guide to using Time Machine.
Scroll down to 12.4. If the current snap shot is good stick with it. Else revert it to any other snap shot.
If you choose the base line it will revert your system to the day TM was installed. Remember if you choose any previous snap shot, you will loose all data, updates, programs installed etc after that date - to date.

    Cheers..

Opps edit timed out. Hope this works considering it was revo'ed. But if it's starting up fine as you mention it should work out..
    Cheers.

Yes, that properly explains what I was suggesting above, you just hit the Home key when the subconsole appears during boot and Uninstall.

Prekshak - why do you want to uninstall? I use an almost identical product and frankly it's the most useful thing on the comp bar Windows itself. Keep it and learn how to use it would be my advice.

True Earthling, going to give this a go looks nifty. Seems like the Time Machine offered on Macs. Only difference is that a Mac wants a dedicated external HD and this saves to boot drive. If the boot drive drive goes, then crapppola - but cute to play with any way, for free!

I think you may have one big surprise coming sikvik, as I don't think CTM requires anywhere to store anything. I use Wondershare Time Shuttle, a similar product, and there is no evidence that it uses any disk space at all, as its authors claim. It takes just a few seconds to take what is called a snapshot, and reverting to a snapshot is also just a few seconds and a reboot. The effect is identical to an image restore except it's done in no time except half an hour! It simply has to be seen to be believed.

I briefly tried CTM but it upset my Grub4DOS boot manager so I had to pay for Time Shuttle. However I understand CTM does work well on machines with a standard boot sector.

Will read up on this, my post is OT so will stop here. But looks nice, has an option for dual boot, but not for open source.
    Cheers...

I personally like Comodo, but this seems a lot like Windows System Restore.

hrlow2, my friend read up the user guide. You delete data, pics , programs etc system restore, will not give them back. This is like an Image.
    Cheers..
