Comp crashed and wont start up anymore...

Last week my computer crashed and it wouldnt start up so I looked through it and found no lights were on and I couldnt here the fan so I thought it was the power supply.... I bought a new 500w PS and fixed it. My computer was working for some of I think 4 days then 5 minutes ago BAM it crashs. I go to start it up and my nightmare comes true.... NO Response.....

For 1 I can assure its not the PS since there are lights on and such. My guess was the motherboard but Im not sure. Any help on this matter would be great because now I cant play WoW....

make sure the memory chips are seated well, and the video card is seated well.
if theres an on/off switch on the power supply, flip it several times. it acts as a reset sometimes.
is the cpu fan running?? if not, the cpu may have fried

 

sounds like something is causin a short in ur pc
