Comp Freezes

Hi Guys, first let me introduce my self, HI!!!
Okay. now on to my question,

Got a comp, built my self ( big woopty do LOL) anyways, Got Eval versions of win2k and win3k server ( advance server for the 2k) have them both installed right now, BOTH OS's seem to crash sperattically, and I think it may be my mouse causing it, I have one of them there optical MS meeses. I have an AMD Proc 1.86 ghz sempron, anyways, only gots 256 right now waiting planning to up to atleast 1 gig soon. IT could also by my memory beeing all jittery eh? but it seems to only wana crash when I scroll so I think it may be the mouse? what do you think? It is a usb Mouse, I checked to see if it was the USB port that did it, but I changed the mouse to the pS/2 adaptor and still it crashed, I'm guesin it could also be the Pwr supply, or god forbit my mobo is faulty., Anyways please let me know what ya'll think.

Tried that already, didnt work :-/ did a flatn and re-build full reinstall
