comp running 100%

Hi All,
All day today after about 1/2 hour the comp freezes. When I go task manager it shows iexplore cpu 83 Memory Usage 122,592 This is with no apps running except Messenger. I have 47 process running which is about normal I think. Anyone have an idea whats going on ?

I think I figured it out I found a JSDownloader virus by running RemoveIt Pro and the problem seems to have cleared up.
