   I would start by downloading this app Everest http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4181 once installed it will tell you everything you need to know about whats installed in your PC, it also gives you links the the manufacturers site of your hardware so you can update to newest drivers.
   
   
   also goto Windows Update and update your OS to latest versions and patches...
