Compatability Question

Hey everyone, well I'm new hear and thought I'd get started right away with something I'm not so sure about. I have an old machine which I use for gaming and I'm going to upgrade the graphic's card.

I'm wanting to know if an MSI 8500GT 256MB PCI-E Graphics Card would be compatible with this motherboard:

The machine has 1GB RAM, 2 Sticks 512MB DDR2
Intel Xeon 3.33GHZ X2 core temp stable at 35C
I'm not sure on the PSU as it stand's haven't spec checked in a while but I'm quite efficient with that matter so It's fine.

I just need to know if they will take effectively and if not could anyone suggest me a graphic's card that would? The reason I'm asking about that specific card is because I have a spare one here and I'm just curious.

If you recommend a new one I'm looking for about £60 Max Spend If I have to as I stated It's only a secondary machine.
