i'm new to pc gaming, having played my brothers console but now he's in college, so in terms of computers i'm an amateur and don't know what i'm looking at here-

i want to upgrade the psu in my computer, a compaq presario cq5110f (http://www.shopping.hp.com/shopping/data_sheet/np185aa.html), for a card that requires 400w power supply with 12v current rating of 26a. i'm looking at this psu, a CORSAIR CMPSU-400CX 400W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Compatible (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139008)

is everything in order? what information should i be looking at?

also, should i get higher wattage psu than the minimum, or will the card run fine at 400?
what about this- Antec Basiq BP500U 500W Continuous Power ATX12V Version 2.01 Active PFC Power Supply (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371004)
