Compatible RAM

Hi all,
Movin' ahead with my first build... sick of this P.O.S. Pentium(r) 233mhz junker running WinME (the 'black sheep' of my LAN).
Looking at:
Mobo - Intel D875PBZLK
RAM - Kingston 1 gig (2x512) dual channel PC3200 DDR400 value ram
NOT! overclocking!
Compatible? There were mixed reviews at NewEgg.
Also considering the Intel D865PERLK.
My main 'wants' are 800FSB, SATA, RAID setup (later maybe)
All suggestions from the geeks here will be seriously considered.

Just to say its easier to get help with this sort of thread if you can post a link to the items you are looking at, as i havent got time to go searching for info on what youve posted
