Compdata.bin

    I copied several files and folders to a cd but now I cannot recover them. When I try to open the cd it comes up with a label of compdata.bin. I tried a program called extract but it didn't do anything. Has anyone had this problem? Sure hope someone can help me recover the files.

    Are you using XP? What software did you use to burn the disks?

    I used XP Home not Pro to copy the files to the cd's.
