complete parts description

do you guys know of a preferably freeware program to tell me all the info of my computer parts? (like the make and model and speed of my ram, hd and stuff)

I used a program called CPUZ, it will tell you everything and in details of the CPU, motherboard, clock speeds, cache, motherboard, graphics card, BIOS, memory, even breaks down the memory for each different slot and current windows version
