Complete system info app?

Does anyone know of a program you think is the best there is which will give accurate system info, in a detailed manner?
I keep trying to download BelArc but everytime I do I get the message asking if want to save the advisor.exe file, which I do, but can never seem to located it to run the app.

what operating system are your running? if it is Vista or windows 7.. make use of the search feature built in...

Start button.. and type advisor or advisor.exe in the search box..

if it is XP.. which something tells it is.. what web browser are you running? IE or firefox? or chrome? if it is IE it should ask you where to save the file..save it to you desktop. if it is firefox.. just right click the file in the download manager.. and click on open file location.

if it is chrome... it should be even easier...

 

I'm running Vista Ultimate and using Firefox. Tried the start button/run box but cant find it will try your suggestions. thanks

 

you have no search box in vista ? should be directly above the start button.. right click the start button and go to properties and see if you can find it and re enable it.

otherwise just try my other option like you said your doing..
