Completely uninstall office 2003

i want to completely uninstall office 2003. i ran all the uninstallers.
deleted any folders related to Office.
Ran multiple reg cleaners.

Background info:

i had office 2003.
installed a trial of office 2007 but wanted to go back to 2003.

another symptom i had (in addition to wanting to go back to 2003, was I had multiple "internet folders" in outlook- like where the mail folders are..) and when i tried to delete them it said i couldnt and do it thru the mail accounts but i had no mail accounts to delete.

ugh. lol.

i dont care if i lose data or anything..i have it all synced on my iphone anyway.

i have a toshiba laptop with vista.

if removing office doesnt work the other thing i was thinking was to create a new user account on my laptop..
