A friend of mine uses CompuServe to create and send e-mails and to receive e-mails. I hope this is the correct forum for this question. She is having difficulty inserting clickable internet links in e-mails that she sends to contacts. I tried researching the topic on line and didn't find anything that was helpful. The usual method of just copying and pasting a link into an e-mail doesn't work NOR does pasting the link and then hitting enter. She says the links will sometimes 'turn' blue and be underlined but are still not active links. All links that she sends have to be copied and pasted by receiver and the links are not clickable. Any advice or instruction would be appreciated. Thank you and I hope to hear from someone soon.

The original CompuServe Information Service, later rebranded as CompuServe Classic, was shut down July 1, 2009.
Has your friend upgraded/updated or whatever a user was required to do?
I only knew one older gentleman that used the service and he stopped at the end of June.
