My computer has a ZOTAC Intel LGA 1156 H55 Mini-ITX WiFi in it and a i5.

For some reason it wont stay powered up for more than 5 mins, havent even been able to load the OS.

Im betting that the problem is either heat related (maxs out at 104c / 219f about a min before it shuts off) or a bad connection (went back into it and make sure every thing was firmly connected).

    Any Ideas?

    Chyeah I'd say that's a little hot.
A quick google search turns up a few people complaining of overheating problems . .
I'd have a look at your cooling situation .

    Hi

When you say "maxes out", do you mean you've actually seen the CPU reach that temperature?

    If so:

What are you using to see the temp? BIOS? Everest?

Have you ensured you've properly applied the TIM, or have you tried reapplying it?

Have you ensured that the CPU fan is operating properly, and isn't impeded by dust/debri?

What is the make/model/wattage rating of the PSU?
