Computer Behavior Has Changed When Clicking On Pictures

I used to be able to click on any of the pics of the various software, and they would open right in the browser with upper right (and left) arrows to view the next if any... Now I get a request from Windows to open in a Viewer (Irfanview in my case).... What happened?? Thanks ahead of time and Merry Christmas to all you folks !

BTW, Your asking prompted me to try Chrome, and it works fine...... SO.... WTH is bothering Firefox??? lol...

 

I checked with Firefox 68.3.0 esr and it works as expected.
See if anything has changed in Firefox Options under Applications.
I have JPG files set to Save File.

Thanks again....... I did what I should have done at first.... Run FF in Safe mode..... everything works fine..... I uninstalled "Xtreme Download Manager" and everything continues to work as it should... Going to go to report problem at the XDM page....
