Computer Case Help

Ok i think my fan settings are wrong or some thing my whole case temp will jump at a high temp My GPU will jump too 130F and Mother board temp will go too about 120 this is my case i have i just added a 2 120mm 3pin fans one pointing out in the back and on the front pointing in and i have a side fan.Right now i took off my side panel and useing my dual window fan too keep it cool.Oh and i did take out the colored fans.

IS the rear exhaust fan facing the correct way ?? its a simple mistake to make and have you taken into account room temperture ie central heating coming on. Are the intake fans clear. It could be the first suggestion which will blow heat from PSU into rig if blades facing the wrong way.

 

I think i figured out way my MOB went crazy hot i had two 120mm Fans pluged in as soon as i unpluged the one and replaced it with a 4 pin the temp droped down too about 85F im thinking that them three pins cause too much heat.Off of the MOB.Be cause Both my GPU and my MOB where about the same temp range the GPU spiked too 130 too 140F and my MOB Spiked too 110F too 120F so there is a major difference in temp id say.And most GPUs can only handle 160F at the most.And i am in the basement where it is the coolest lol.And the funny thing was i was not even playing a game at the time and when i was it got so hot i could even fell it off the outside casing.
