Computer craps out every once in a while

This is a custom build PC, and once in a blue moon this will happen too me, if I'm actively using the computer I get the picture below, but if I'm away and the monitor was off (In XP im saying) then it will just be a black screen, but you can see it's an active black screen (meaning theres light almost like looking at a black picture). So i'm guessing it's something with my video card. I have uploaded an Everest file FYI.

Well, just to eliminate one possible problem, can you inspect the video card and make sure it is clean, and the fan is spinning (if it has one.)

It's integrated their is no fan or nothing

 

it sounds like you have a flaky onboard video chip or video driver.:eek
