computer crash when viewing online video full screen

hello, my computer freezes when i watch an online video in full screen for a while, it had never happened before, but now it never stops.
i formatted twice and re-installed all video drivers, but it eventually happens again.
screen freezes and blue lines appear horizontally, and after the bsod appears and restarts, the boot screen has vertical blue lines, and they dont go away unless i restart a few times.
i have a prt screen of how my screen is at the moment.

Hi

Is this a Sony Vaio laptop or desktop? in either way check for the air vents being clogged up with dust, if a desktop then if confident to do so, open it up and make sure the heat sink and fan are free from dust, also do same to graphic card if a addon card and not the onboard type. (canned air and a soft brush are good for cleaning) As excess temperatures to your graphic card as if its running hot can cause thes types of lines on screen,

What is the BSOD code? the message in full if it happens again.

If you have formatted then did you update Windows to latest Service Pack and do you have latest Adobe Flash, Sun Java and Adobe Shockwave players installed, update to latest versions.

Are you downloading torrents while watching online video, if so then stop the torrents as they will be using up your bandwidth causing the video to not buffer quickly enough which causes stops in the video until the buffer is filled.
