Computer Crashes Kernel Data Inpage Error

Hello. My computer has been crashing recently every few days and generates kernel Data Inpage Error message. Prior to that, I have reinstalled Windows 10 after a prompt from the system. All drivers have been updated. I ran /chkdsk and there are apparently bad sectors (328). Not sure if you are OK with using pastebin, here is the link to the log https://pastebin.com/CYxnZTF9. I also ran sfc /scannow and there are errors that Windows wasn't able to fix. I will attach the log. I have used your software to check RAM, and at 420 or so percent RAM appears to be OK. Malwarebytes came up with one item, and Avast runs clean.
