Computer Crashing/Freezing

Hello.
I am currently have problems...
Lately my computer has been going to the error screen and describing it as "Physical Memory Dump" and restarts my computer.

"The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume C:"
is the error report in the log.

I am also getting a log:
TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts.

Any help on these problems would be great!

 

Place the Windows CD-ROM into the drive and boot from it. When it starts select to run the Recovery Console. Run "chkdsk /f" and see whatever errors it may come across. Alternatively you could also visit your hard drive manufacturer's website and download a diagnostic program for your drive if you suspect it of having physical problems. See if it finds any bad sectors.

First of all go to my computer -> properties -> advanced -> startup and recovery -> settings and under write debugging information select "none". A full physical memory dump never helped anyone debug anything. Also since that option is on by default which I find rather strange I must ask does your Windows have any Service Packs installed? When you select my computer -> properties it should say something about "service pack" there.

As for the log I really don't know. Windows config was changed so that the maximum limit of simultaneous connections dropped to 10 from 65535 in an attempt to stop certain malware from spreading. If you are getting that error it might be that something is trying to spread into or from your computer? But I'm not sure.
