Nothing seems to trigger the crashes but the computer will reboot itself at random. I turned off auto reboot and read the blue screen error message.

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

It also said to turn of BIOS caching and shadowing but i'm not sure how to do that or if it's going to help.
Thanks ahead of time to anyone with advice!

Start by pulling out all PCI cards in the machine and then try to boot up with each card in the machine by itself. Could be a bad Ethernet card, Modem, USB, Video card, or even bad RAM.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is due to something hardware wise is possibly failing, or conflicting with another device. Read the posts from http://www.annoyances.org/exec/forum/winxp/t1022109789 about the 15th post down.
