Computer doesnt start think I blonde

Hi I don't know computers well I have hewett packard intel pentium d running windows 7 it either asks me to run in safe mode then crashes comes up with blue screen saying problem detected memory management please help when I try restore it comes up with the instruction at ox77c31ffe referenced memory cannot be read click ok to terminate hardware problems detected please help me I will do anything to fix my computer

 

The first thing to try since its the easiest to explain and carry out is to remove one stick of memory and try it with just one stick,then switch the memory stick over and try with the other one,leave the one stick in slot0.

Hopefully this will rule out a memory problem.
