Computer Extremly Slow, Wont Shut Down, Task Manager Wont Open

I have a Dell 1525 Laptop running Vista Home Premium.
-Internet doesnt work it just says "Website Found, Waiting for Reply"
-Task Manager only opens in the bottom right try (the little graph)
-When I try to shut it down, it just stays at the Logging Off screen

Searching around the internet seems like a common problem but couldnt find a solution

Based on the fact that you were posting security scan logs, you must think you have malware.

If you do suspect your computer is infected, you will need to go to our Malware Removal Forum and perform all steps in the READ & RUN ME FIRST Malware Removal Guide (incl. spyware, virus, trojan, hijacker).

Once you have done so, you should start a new thread in the Malware forum and attach your logs as per these instructions: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post

Does the same thing happen in a different browser? Firefox? Chrome?

If it does, you might try as Laura suggested and running a Malware scan via Malwarebytes.org.

I ran SuperAntiSpywaree and MBAM it found nothing so I thought it may be some other software issue
