Computer Folders Problem

Argh,

My windows folder is currupt. So, I installed XP on my 10GB Harddrive, and now im trying to get my pictures from my 50GB harddrive.. (currupt) I can go in the program files and stuff, but it shows "access denied" when i try to go to my documents.. guessing because i have a password for my login on the 50GB. anyway I can get past it? and umm.. it says when I try go to into Documents and Settings > Awptikal > then it says..
C:\Documents and Settings\Awptikal is not accessible.

Access is denied.
