   Hi
   
   My PC has started to freeze a couple of minutes after start-up.
   
   I've gone through the Read & Run Me first instructions, but can't run any of the Diagnostic tools as the PC has frozen by the time I go to run them.
   
   The computer works ok in Safe Mode.
   
   What should I do next?
   
   The OS is Vista Home Premium

   Run the requested scans in safe mode and attach them to your next post when you are done. This may not be a malware issue, but we will look to make sure.
