Computer Freezing Issue

My computer has been acting strangely over the past couple weeks, with the OS itself freezing up and requiring a hard boot to fix. It's been happening enough to where I finally decided to come here and go through the steps to get this figured out.

I ran the read & run me first process, and attached the logs for review. The computer seems to be performing better, I haven't had the freezes, but it still seems to get hung up for 10-30 seconds at a time occaisonally, and I'm not sure if I have this completely fixed.

I am using Avast free Antivirus that just ran out of trial period a couple days ago. I assume it's just a scan tool now. I do not have a third party firewall.

During the read & run me first process, there were several things found that I ended up just recording a log of and not fixing (I assume these are then taken of in the mgtools scan?). A couple things to note from this process:
    • I was unable to download a fresh copy of tdskiller. The download links took me to the Kaespersky product page. I did have an old version that I downloaded a couple years ago that I ran, but could not update it (the update just opened up an ad-lice.com homepage or something each time).
    • Hitman Pro said that my trial license had expired and removal of any virus/other malware was disabled.
Thank you so much for the help - n0t sure what I would I do without majorgeeks.com

EDIT: After trying again today, I was able to update tdskiller. It downloaded a new zip file, which I extracted and ran so I assume I have an up to date version of that now.

Did you knowingly install Splashtop software for remote access?

And I assume that all the Battle.net items showing in your RogueKiller log is for software that you want to use?

The only real issue I still see is that you are extremely out of date on update Java. You have Java(TM) 6 Update 26 installed and you need to update to a newer more secure version.

Thank you for the reply Chaslang!

    - I installed splashtop a long time ago, but I don't use it anymore. I will go ahead and uninstall that.

    - Battle.net is video games, I'm not sure why Roguekiller picked up on that.

    - Updating Java now. Thanks again for taking a look for me. I appreciate it.

    You're welcome.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    3. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    4. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    5. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    6. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
