computer freezing

Hi there, my computer freezes from time to time. usually say i go off for about 2 hours and then come back and try it works for a minute and then freezes hence i have to do a manual restart.

i did complete a full kaspersky(my internet secruity) scan and no threats been deteceted.

i have attached a speccy txt file from my computer, maybe it gets too hot sometimes. please take a look

(i do not think it is a virus/malware)
