computer getting slow.

hello,

My computer is getting slower and slower.
When i run my antivirus, everything seems to be clean, spyware just the same.

when i start a progam it is taking a wile to open en run the program. (for instance mozilla firefox takes a lot of more time to startup then it used to)

What do i need to do to make my computer run faster again?
