    It started yesterday. My computer is running so slow. So is my internet. It takes forever for a page to load if it even loads. Please help me. I cant stand this no more.

    Windows Xp its a dell dimesion 4600. i ran ccleaner. ran disk deframent and disk cleanup. I dont knwo what else to do. I have limewire
