Computer keeps freezing - info attached

G'day guys
Just lately my comp freezes for no reason....
I downloaded HotCPU Tester and would like someone to look at the following
I am really querying the TOTAL and AVAILABLE Physical memory amounts
Is that normal???

Double check it against the number shown in the task manager under the Performance tab, and reference that against the number shown in Everest. Click Motherboard, then click Memory.

EDIT- I just ran HotCPU and it gave me the same readings that I got from Everest and the task manager, I'd say it's accurate... I'd also say you need to get more memory! 512mb is really not enough these days....
