Computer keeps rebooting

I am trying to help a friend. I have been able to clean most of the system by going into different users accounts and running ccleaner, spybot and adaware.

This has worked on every user but one of the administrators. Everytime I try to log in it starts gets to the point of running some of the start up progams but then does a reboot. I have tried everything I know but can to get it to stop.

Any suggestions?
