Computer Locked Up

    My computer boots up and comes on just fine. Once everything loans the mouse will not work. I believe there are some programs that need to be deleted that are causing this problem, but I cannot even click start to access my control panel. I am able to use the computer in safe mode, but the programs I need to delete will not allow me to do so in safe mode...PLEASE HELP.

    Sounds like malware in the programs that you downloaded are causing this problem because you cant use safe mode. Can you remember the programs that you downloaded?
