We are throwing out my brother's old Compaq computer. I took out the hard drive and two cars. I think one is memory and the other may be video, but I am not sure. Can you tell me what they are and if they are worth anything?

It's always good to have parts laying around. If they work they are worth something, especially if yours every goes bad.

I have a closet, just for spare parts ;)

It wouldn't let me upload the pics, too big. How do I resize?

Just cut them down in paint or something until they are the correct size.

I know that one is a memory stick, but I want to figure out if I can use them in my computer or if I should sell them

Depending on what your computer has or what you have from the Compaq. Run a program such as AIDA32 and check what memory you have.

It will be either SD-RAM or DDR-RAM most likely. Also check what you have, does it have 2 or 3 grooves on the bottom or stick?

2 grooves on what I think is the memory card and another card, has one groove and two squares on the card that say 66mhz

ZIP them and try to attach them that way.

You can attach 4 files, ZIP files can be 250KB. Edit those pictures in paint or something and cut off pieces to make them smaller. ZIP them individually and attach them that way.
