computer problems

    I am Having problems with my computer running slowly and pop ups. I am new to all of this so I dont know what I am doing I have ran a few spyware programs and antivirus programs they have helped a little but the computer still has problems. I know i have a smitfraud virus but I dont know what else may be on here can somebody please help me out.
