Computer Problems

Hi! I have a Lenovo Thinkpad SL510. I recently restored it with Windows 7 installation disk set I have. It's worked well before. But lately, I have extra problems that are hard to figure out how to fix. Such as that I presently have no CD/DVD drive showing in My Computer section. Whenever I put a CD into the computer, it won't open it up. And I can't run the windows 7 installation disk set either, because of this. If you have any suggestions on how I might fix this problem, I'll appreciate it!

 

Look in device manager and see if it is there, if it has an exclamation point right click and remove, then reboot.

 

If it's disabled in the device manager as in stated above post, uninstall it and then click add new hardware too see if it loads up and finds the drivers for the device.
