Computer randomly reboots for no reason that i can find

Please can anyone help me? My PC seems to reboot when it feels like it, a BSOD appears with the following message. Multiple IRP Complete Requests with the following stop messages 0x00000044, 0x865A2618, 0x00000D62, 0x00000000, 0x00000000.

I can be running one, two or any number of applications when this happens.
What should i be looking at for the culprit?

Explanation:

This is a Windows 2000 Executive character-mode STOP message. It indicates an attempt was made to complete an IRP (I/O request packet) more than once, possibly by more than one driver.In practice, it is usually a hardware driver issue.
Go to Control Panel/System/Hardware chk your drivers for any yellow question Mark

Debugging the minidump file will give you a file which has "probably caused" the crash, which gives you an inidication on what software/hardware caused the crash.
