Computer Restart problem

My computer is restarting after i plug in my ipod and it syncs or i plug in my gps to charge and some times when i plug in a DVD Ive noticed it seems to restart more often when i use VLC as apposed to Win. I thought it was a power supply issue so i RMA'd my power supply and installed the new one and same problem. The Error messages i get after it shuts down change every time and none have yielded any google results. Any Ideas?

My hardware is
750w Corsair PSU
Asus P5N-D mobo
2 gigs of corsair XMS ram
MSI NX8800GT -T2D512E
A intel core 2 quad 6600
and Zalman 9700

I very much doubt your PSU is to fault, Corsair is the best of the best!

You have a solid system with good quality components, which is why i think it is a driver issue, have you installed any new hardware recently?

Please select your OS and download ALL the latest drivers from here under the download section.

 

I have been really impressed with corsair and they sent me a new power supply almost no questions asked. I havent installed any new hardware lately besides a fan, I did update my video card drivers recently but i honestly cant remember if i did it because of the problem or before. I went into the display adapters and reverted it back to the old one and it still restarted on me.

Have you downloaded the drivers from the link i posted?

 

I am downloading them right now! I am going to try and to install tomorrow, going to school right now then headed out of town for the night. Thanks for the quick reply.

 

I got the audio and utilities drivers installed they didnt seem to help... On the Sata ones i was kind of confused as to where i am pasting the contents of the folder. I am going to try and install the chipset driver right now.

 

I am having troubles finding remote install i guess would be my main problem
