    Hi !

I have a problem with my computer! It restarts just 10 seconds after entering into windows and a blue screen shows up but it works fine in safemode so i'm thinking it's a software problem!

I don't know if this helps but thats what the blue screen shows me!
    ERROR
    STOP: 0x00000024 (0x001902FE, 0xF9E6894C, 0X0F9E68648, 0XF13DE6929)
    ZRHCYROFFYKDE5.SYS - ADDRESSF13DE682 BASE AT F13D 1000
    DATASTAMP 4bD94doa

First problem i had was it didn't even start so i tryed in safe mode but it stoped at isapnp.sys so i found a solution by replaceing file mup.sys and deleting a 0 KB sized file in windows/system32/drivers so that is when i started to have the problem i described above.

Thank you in advance ! rokypoky

    Greetings, rokypoky.

The fact that the machine will start in Safe Mode does seem to indicate that some 3rd-party program is causing the problem.
Try this: boot into Safe Mode, run 'msconfig', and disable all of the items listed in the 'Startup' tab. Reboot into Normal Mode - if Windows starts correctly, then you can enable the Startups selectively to find the culprit.

As an aside: the 'isapnp.sys', 'mup.sys', and 'windows/system32/drivers' references might indicate a problem with some serial or USB device - try disconnecting any plugin devices while booting, and then adding them after the system is up and running.

Unfortunately, if it stops at isapnp.sys, there is NO Problem with that. That is the last thing that loaded. The problem is the next driver which doesn't appear on the screen because it is hung there. You'd have no way of knowing what that is.
You've probably done further damage by replacing mup.sys and removing something else.

Can you boot into last know good configuration?

    Hi!

Whell i've tried booting into last known good configuration and it works perfectly but after restarting computer myself it goes back to rebooting itself. Is there any way i could save it and that it would always start like that? :)

It sounds like something is loading after the Last Known Good. Again, I suggest clearing your Startup items while the machine is in a good state, and then trying to eliminate the culprit.
You might also try running CCleaner, both the files and Registry cleaners.

Yes i tried cleaning my startup items and when i do that windows only comes to welcome page and restart. I will try using ccleaner now, i will tell you how it goes !

I had a senior citizen I help with a similar situation. Her's was caused by an av update that caused the computer not to boot.
She booted into last know good configuration, did her work for the day and before she was done, she created a restore point. If the computer had a problem the next day, she used the restore point from the day before.
Eventually the av program straightened out whatever was wrong with the update and she no longer had to create daily restore points every evening before she turned off the computer.
