Computer Running Slow Not Sure Where To Post

Hi everyone. My computer recently seems to be running very slow. I use Firefox and things take along time to load. It just shows the blue circle next to the mouse pointer. For example I just did a Google search and now it has completely frozen the mouse won't move. I have antivirus and ccleaner and have tried refreshing Firefox. Amy recommendations what to do or where to post?

 

Hi I am using windows 10 I think it is the latest version. My laptop is Samsung R730. F8 doesn't seem to do anything just tried it. It says press F2 for setup or F8 for recovery. I use zemana anti malware free which said it did a scan today don't think it found anything. I also have malwarebytes which I couldn't get to open. The computer just completely froze when I tried to open it

 

You need to review your start ups to see what processes are launched at start up. There may be many unneeded.
You can see most in Task Manager > start up
and Autoruns is a great program to see more detail and manage them:

Try to start the system in SAFE MODE with Networking and update and run MalwareBytes from there:
