When I install the gaming software for logitech, my keyboard will be detected and recognized. However, my mouse doesn't. I even tried older software, it claims no G500 is plugging in. When I go to device manager that mouse is seen as HID-compliant Mouse. I can't mess with my DPI settings, since I can't access the software that will utilize the mouse.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
