My BIL is taking a college class online and while trying to watch a video teacher it stops and says computer timed out. Could someone please tell us how to correct this or fix the problem. Thanks

Could possibly be a problem with the internet connection between you and the company that is hosting the content. If they are overloaded, or having connectivity problems, that would explain why its timing out.

Perhaps power down the router/modem for a while, power it back up, and see if it makes a difference.

Thanks, I was kinda thinkin that. Maybe a lot of people are trying to take the class at the same time.
He said it always stopped at 3:08 and said "Connection to server has timed out. You may be experiencing network problems. "
