While my computer is turned off, at random times it turns on automatically. I disabled every power-on option in the BIOS, but it still powers on somehow. Could someone help me fix this problem?

if i remember right emachines had this problem and they linked it to the power supply, may or may not be your problem. ed

I think that it's haunted. I would suggest hiring someone that knows how to remove ghosts.

haha... I'm going to agree with tunered... could be the PSU. It could also be the connector that attatches to the motherboard as well, or even the button itself. Is it ever hard to turn on?

    It's probably the power supply...
The power button is easy to push and I haven't had problems with it.

Try this for the halibut ....turn off ...unplug ....hold power button in for about 30 seconds ....plug back in and power up ....go into bios and check voltages for awhile ...see if they are stable.
