I have been having this problem lately where my computer is uploading using my modems full capbalaties while nothign is running (30-50KBs) (however sometimes its withing acceptable ranges (0-5KB), i even downlaoded TCPView to verify this. I'm running a virus scan as i am writing this but doe anybody know what is causing this? is really pissing me and my family off since its killing the interent for us all. (I am using internet conention sharing however the other computer (laptop) is downloading at about 0-2kbs and uploading at 0-1. What could be going on? I have attached a picture below.

(the bitdefender online scanner is not using any bandwidth since virus definitions were alreasdy loaded onto my computer)

Are you using a firewall (software and/or hardware)? Also, what anti-virus program do you use?

What I see from your screenshot that I'm not understanding is why you are using the same app so many times using UDP? Did you open a bunch of port using the UDP protocol through your router? I'll do a search on some of those processes running and see if I come up with anything.

Not really sure what you mean, i never did any configuring on the computer itself to open ports, just the router, but on the router its just set to DMZ host not port fowarding
