   Every time I try to print something, my pc asks me to save whatever it is as an xls file. Doesn't matter if I'm using Microsoft word, Internet Explorer or Photoshop...it does the same thing. I've tried following along a time or two but it still won't print.
   
   Any suggestions?

   Brand and model of computer? What version of windows are you running? Brand and model of printer? Did this just start or has it been like this since you installed the printer?
