    The Beginning:

It all started when I wanted to upgrade my Gfx card into my old computer. Was my first time doing things so I didnt really know alot about anything. I got an AGP gfx card and put it into my motherboard, which winded up making the PSU burn out. By the PSU burning out, it caused everything else to go with it (motherboard, cpu, ram, gfx card).

    Purchases:

First thing on the list was a 480w Power Supply. Then I bought a Biostar 945GZ 775Micro Atx SE Motherboard. Along with that I bought an Intel Celeron D 331 (2.66ghz) Socket 775 with 533 DDR2 Ram and an ATI Nvidia Geforce 7200 (NX7300LE) PCI-Express Gfx Card. I set everything up and tried to run it, only to find out that the 331 processor was not compatible with Biostar motherboard. So, I bought a new Gigabyte 945GZM S2 Rev 3.9 Motherboard. Put it together and I found out that my computer still does not work. So I assumed the worst and thought the CPU was DOA. I then bought an Intel Celeron D 352 (3.2ghz) 775 Socket.

Note: That everything that I bought was factory sealed and brand new except for the power supply.

    Problem:

The problem with the computer is that I get no display on the monitor. Whenever it is plugged into both the onboard and the gfx card, the monitor is in standy mode (Like when you turn off tower but monitor is still on). Its not saying no signal, its just not showing -anything-. The monitor DOES work. Another symptom is that it seems I am not getting to POST.

    Testing and Proceedures:

    - I plugged monitor into the computer im using now, works fine.
    - I used every combination of: Both motherboards, both Cpus, and both sticks of ram (tried each one on each motherboard, both together and by themselves).
    - I tried all these combinations over again with the mobo outside of the case.
    - I shorted out the Power Switch connector coming from inside the case.
    - I shorted out the Bios reset pins.
    - I removed the CMOS for a couple of hours and inserted it back in.
    - I tried to boot the computer with no ram, to hopefully get some angry beeping.
    - I tried all combinations again without any hard drives, cd drives, or peripherals.
    - I brought power supply to a store to test the voltage output, its perfect.
    - Socket pins on motherboard are all straight.
    - CPUs get hot to the touch on boot.
    - Thermal paste on cpu and heatsink is both not too much nor too little.
    - Plugging keyboard into port and turning on power supply via I/O switch lights the keyboard up for a second or two.
    - Tried putting jumpers on Power Switch to make sure it is working, computer fan runs for 5 secs and turns off.
    - There are no jumpers for setting bus speed for cpu, its all done in bios.
    - There are no LED lights on both my motherboards, as in, non-existant, not as in not lighting up.
    - Ive checked case connectors (Power LED, Power Switch, Reset Switch, ect) at least 20 times to make sure they are all connected properly.
    - Ive tested speaker, it works.
    - I brought the PC to Best Buy's Geek Squad, (the only accessable place for computer support), they told me they have no clue whatsoever.
    - I checked numerous times if everything was seated/put in correctly.
    - I reseated everything at minimum of 20 times.
    - I -always- grounded myself out before touching anything.
    - Ive been googling my problem for the past 2 weeks. Every solution does not work for me.

I am currently offering money to the person who can help me figure out my problem. I am about 350 dollars in the hole for this computer. I have -alot- of important things on my computer and -only- my computer that I need ASAP. I refuse to "junk" my computer. I have run out of money so buying another computer is not possible. I also do not have any local friends that have a computer I can test on. Even if I did, all their computers are old as dirt, so I dont think it will be compatible with anything of mine.

I am currently at the bottom of the barrell in frustration and disappointment. I beg for someone to please help me as soon as possible.

Also, my computer runs WinXP, just to let you know. Another note, I HIGHLY doubt that both my mobos and both my cpus are DOA, thats a very very unlikely chance.

    Thank you in advanced.
